Shipping policy

Shipping Time:
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of placing the order. During peak times and for special cases with some orders, it might take longer than 24 working hours.

Orders are then delivered within an additional 24 to 72 hours after processing.

Shipping Rates:

• Standard Shipping is £3.85.

Shipping Destinations:
We ship within the UK only (no P.O. boxes or military addresses).

Lost or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the Courier to file a claim in case of a lost parcel or stolen packages. Once the order is dispatched, the parcel's recipient becomes the owner of the parcel.
