Refund policy

For your convenience, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchases for their purchase price subject to the below conditions:

Exchange and refunds are accepted within 14 days from purchasing date.
Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached: unused, unscented, and unwashed at time of exchange or refund.
Proof of purchase must be presented when requested.
We reserve the right to deny returns for items showing signs of use or damage, or other reasons not mentioned in this policy, at our discretion.
Only 1 return per customer within 90 days is possible.

EXCEPTIONS:
- ⁠Undershirts & Undercaps are not eligible for trial or Exchanges or Refunds for hygiene reasons.
- ⁠Right of replacement or refund is not guaranteed in case the packaging has been opened.
- ⁠Replacement or return is only applicable after inspection of the returned item(s).
